People may use this expression to describe a moment in their lives when they feel they have reached the lowest point before they can start improving or recovering.

Depression is complex and a rare mental health condition it lies on the mentality of a person’s Emotions, thoughts, feelings, and actions overall personality lacks a gentle and humble common person, it goes beyond the ordinary ups and downs of life, manifesting as a persistent and overwhelming sense of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest in once enjoyable activities. Sleep Deprivation:-Depression is the main cause of sleeping issues, disturbance in sleeping, According to my personal experience that I have also sleeping issues like phobia of the dark and keep my thinking into over flow all the time and when I go to bed it was not easy to sleep not even relaxing.  So these are some simple examples of a common patient can suffers from the depth Here we go to the most famous personalities who suffered from Depression their entire life according to my research.
